Description of Services: The objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive and integrated Master Plan for the development of Dunns River Falls and Park, a plan which establishes a vision for Dunns River Falls and Park by identifying the most options for the vast land holding and charts an achievable course for the future. The assignment will see the creation of a plan to guide the growth and development of Dunns River Falls and Park. St. Ann, over the next 10-15 years. Eligibility: The selected bidder will be required to obtain and submit a valid Tax Compliance Certificate/ Letter (TCC/TCL) prior to contract award.
