Tenders are invited for Supply of Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (SUV) Lot 1 and Electric Utility Vehicles (Lot 2) INVITATION TO BID The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining (MoAFM). Southern Plains Agricultural Development Project (SPADP). now invites eligible and qualified Bidders for the Supply of one Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (SUV) and two Electric Utility Vehicles (MOAF/SPADP/ RE/01/2025). 1. PROCUREMENT METHOD: National Competitive Bidding 2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible, Bidders shall be local entities/representatives for the manufacturers of commercial/industrial heavy-duty trucks, and are required to be currently registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the following category: Motor Vehicle & Sparcs-New Car and/or Industrial, Construction Equipment, Machinery, Parts and Supplies and possess a valid Tax Compliance Letter/Certificate. 3. AVAILABILITY OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS: This is an online tender, where the tender/bid documents, clarifications and bids will only be made available and accepted via the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement Portal-GOJEP (www.gojep.gov.jm). No offline (hard copies) will be accepted, and there will be no physical tender drop-off box for submission of bids. Bidding Documents can be downloaded as of Monday, January 27, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. 4 CLARIFICATIONS: Questions and/or clarifications related to the Bidding Documents will only be accepted through www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. 5.
