The Requested Services Are The Following: • Preventive Maintenance: Maintenance, Configuration And Support Services, Which Will Ensure The Daily Functioning Of Computer Systems In Optimal Parameters. The Monitoring Of Connections And Data Exchange With Other Institutions Falls Within This Maintenance Category. Within These Services The Tenderer Must Also Provide For The Provision Of Additional Technical Support Services Compared To The One Covered By The Guarantee Services Or The Services From The Manufacturer. • Corrective Maintenance For Computer Systems/Applications: Services To Modify Computer Systems In Order To Repair And Remove Any Defects Or Errors Of Design, Programming Or Implementation, Which Have Not Appeared Throughout The Computer System And Could Not Be Identified Until The Current Date. This Maintenance Is Assimilated With The System Guarantee If The Warranty Period Has Not Ended. • Evolutionary Maintenance: Services For Modifying Computer Systems In Order To Improve The Functioning Of The System And To Respond To New Requirements Of The Beneficiary, Representing Extensions/Adaptations/Modifications Of Existing Functionalities Or Implementing New Functionality. The Requirements Can Be Determined By Hardware/Software Developments (Upgrade Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, Etc.), Legislative Changes, Etc.
