The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Involving The Expansion, Reconstruction And Renovation Of Part Of The Ground Floor Of A Former Junior High School In Jeżowe With Adaptation To The Childrens Club As Part Of The Investment Task: Changing The Way Of Use Through The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building Of The Former Junior High School And Expansion To Create A Childrens Club. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular:- Installation Of Equipment (Furniture And Building Elements Made To Size) For A Childrens Club (The Contracting Authority Requires That The End Result Be As In The Attached Visualization); - Installation And Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery; - Construction, Renovation And Demolition Of Partition Walls; - Renovation Of Load -Bearing Walls, Ceilings And Floors On The Ground Floor (Painting And Finishing Works); - Replacement And Implementation Of Additional Insulation Of Part Of The Building; - Reconstruction Of The Load -Bearing Walls In The Field Of Forging Holes For The Designed Ventilation (Installation Of Ventilators And Wall Recuperators), Widening The Existing Window Openings With Adaptation To External Doors (In Childrens Rooms); - Expansion Of Part Of The Building With External Stairs With A Roof (Exit To The Playground From Childrens Rooms); - Bricking Holes In The Load -Bearing Walls; - Reconstruction Of Internal Installations (Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Electrical, Internal Fire); - A Ramp For The Disabled And Internal Stairs At The Main Entrance To The Childrens Club; - Planned Hardening (Atrium); - Making A Playground For Children. 3.
