Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia) Services Other Than For Construction - Writing Reports On Environmental Impact Of Plans And Programs Coordinated By Brussels Environment. The Ordinance Of March 18, 2004 Relating To The Levaluation Of The Impact Of Certain Plans And Programs On Thevirt (And Its Modifications) Aims To Ensure A High Level Of Environmental Protection And To Contribute To The Integration Of Environmental Considerations In The Development And The Adoption Of Plans And Programs To Promote Sustainable Development. It Therefore Provides That Certain Plans And Programs, Which Are Likely To Have Significant Impact On The Environment, Be Subject To An Environmental Assessment. The Ordinance Thus Requires In Its Article 9 The Realization Of A Report On Environmental Impact (Rie). This Report Is Intended To Identify, Describe And Assess The Probable Notable Implications For The Implementation Of The Plan On The Revision (Including Socio-Economic Implications), As Well As Reasonable Substitution Solutions Taking Into Account The Objectives And The Geographic Dapplication Field Plan Or Program. The Rie Must Also Accompany The Plan When It Is Subject To Public Inquiry. Note In Addition That This Order (And Its Annex) Also Stipulate That Specific Cases On Natura 2000 Sites, Nature Reserves Or Forest Reserves, The Environmental Impact Report Will Incorporate An Appropriate Impact Assessment. This Specifications Is Intended To Outsource The Development Of The Rie Of Plans Or Programs (Or Assimilated) Coordinated By Brussels Environment. It Uses A Framework Of Framework Agreement, Which Presents The Following Advantages: 1. The Continuation Of Coherent And Integrated Lapter Implemented By Brussels Environment For The Rie Developed So Far; 2. A Standardization Of The Working Method Used For The Various Ries Over The Period Concerned; 3. The Progressive Valuation Of Lexperience Linked To The Different Ries Carried Out (Knowledge Of The Data And Information Available, Valuation Of The Analyzes Previously Carried Out If Necessary, Confrontations Dopinions, Etc.); 4. Data Transmission And Information As Needed, Avoiding Systematically Repeating Transfers At The Start Of The Development Of Each Rie.
