Prior Information Notice For Electrical Services - Market Scout For The Setting And Operation Of A Charging Infrastructure For Battery -Electrically Operated Vehicles. The District Of Harburg As A Local Authority In The Hamburg Metropolitan Region In The North Of The State Of Lower Saxony Would Like To Carry Out A Market Exploration According To § 28 Vgv With Regard To The Concession Award Planned In Accordance With The Concession For The Construction And Operation Of Public Charging Infrastructures For Battery -Electrically Operated Vehicles (Bev) In The District Area. You Can Find More Information From The Document In The Context Of A Market Exploration And The Associated Systems 1-3. The Charging Points Are Planned On Areas Dedicated To Traffic And Which Are Owned By The Harburg District Or Its Member Communities. Furthermore, The Subject Of This Market Exploration Should Also Be Areas In The So -Called Half -Open Room. In This Context, It Is Planned To Supply Several School Locations Under The Sponsorship Of The Harburg District With Ac Charging Stations. The Basis For The Expansion And Structure Of Public Charging Infrastructures In The Harburg District Is The Charging Infrastructure Concept For Areas In Public Space, Which The District Has Developed Together With Its Member Communities (Appendix 1). The Goals With Regard To The Planned Charging Infrastructure Offer Are The Strategic Structure Of A Needs -Oriented Public Charging Infrastructure For The Viewing Period Until 2030. For The Expansion Of The Public Charging Infrastructure, Around 225 Locations Are To Be Advertised With Around 690 Charging Points. About 15 % Of The Locations Are Initially Intended As Dc Charging Stations, Whereby This Proportion Can Be Increased In Consultation, E.G. B. At Traffic -Intensive Nodes. The Locations Are Divided Into Four To Five Looses, Which Include Between 43 And 68 Locations. Each Lot Contains Both Ac And Dc Loading Points (See Appendix 2). The Charging Points Should Meet The Requirements Of Modern Electromobility And Offer A Sustainable And User -Friendly Infrastructure. The Aim Of This Preliminary Question Is To Gain An Overview Of Possible Providers, Technical Solutions And Operating Models. The Information Obtained Should Help To Optimally Tailor The Tender To The Current Market Conditions And To Take Into Account The Knowledge Gained In A Later Award Procedure.
