Tenders are invited for Construction of multi-storied residential flat for Government Officers in Azimpur Govt. Colony Zone-A (1st Revised), Dhaka. F.Y: 2024-2025 Eligibility of Tenderer: This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (b) Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building interior works with a minimum value of Tk 1,00,00,000 (0ne Crore) in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 6,00,00,000 (Six Crore) during last 5 (five) years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk 1,00,00,000 (0ne Crore). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 1,10,00,000 (0ne Crore & ten lakhs). supporting documents must be submitted.
