Tenders are invited for Sensitive Project Powerful Impact: A Conflict Sensitivity Certification. The Conflict Sensitivity Unit at Threads of Peace is pleased to invite public and private institutions, local and international NGOs, social initiatives, and volunteer groups throughout Lebanon to participate in our specialized, paid consultancy services on Conflict Sensitivity Trainings. This service is aimed at equipping organizations with the skills necessary to analyze context and conflicts thoughtfully and effectively unfold practical conflict sensitive actionable measures within their organization that would help mitigate tensions when intervening in the context. Closing Date: Monday, 10. Feb 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Conflict Resolution, Development, Peace & Security, Training & Capacity Building Requirements: Be committed to the training period and the follow-up process. Be willing to sign an MOU with Threads of Peace. Have a minimum of 8 current staff, if applying for CS level 1 and 2. Be willing to attend an introductory meeting with HOPe - CS staff prior to the training/s. Appoint a Focal Point to be communicated with regarding the coordination of the training/s. Readiness to financially contribute to the training fees (which will be provided once the organization is selected).
