Key Works Include Full Encapsulation Scaffolding Around And Over The Building’S Perimeter To Facilitate Repairs Safely And Effectively. The Project Also Encompasses Masonry Repair, Roof Reconstruction As A Warm Roof, Removal Of Asbestos Materials, And The Preservation Of Historical Features Such As Through-Wall Vents And Roman Cement Render. Additional Works Include The Repair Of The Second-Floor Structural Deck, Remediation Of Cast Iron Gutters And Parapets, And Reinstatement Of Historically Blocked Windows. All Works Aim To Reinstate The Building To A Shell State While Maintaining Its Heritage Integrity, Adhering To Strict Conservation Standards. Contractors Are To Adhere To The Buildings Protection Status And Importance.
