Huntingdon District Council Serves A Population Of Over 170,000 In The East Of England. The Service Required Is Cash Collection, Cash Counting And Transfer For Cash Receipts From Multiple Council Locations Primarily In Our Market Towns Of Huntingdon, St Neots & St Ives. The Council Seeks To Establish An Agreement(S) For The Provision Of Cash Collection, Cash In Transit And Cash Processing Services Including Delivery Of Cheques To The Council’S Bank Cheque Processing Centre (Currently Nat West). The Services To Be Provided Will Comprise Of The Secure Collection, Processing And Consolidation And Onward Depositing Of Negotiable And Non-Negotiable Money To High Street Banks, Nominated Cash Receiving Facilities, Or Other Suitable Receiving Locations As Specified. As Part Of The Service, Accurate Records Are Required To Be Maintained, From Which Various Reports And Management Information Shall Be Presented.
