Construction -Site Supervision Services - Selection Of A Contractor For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision And For Evaluating The Conformity Of The Investment Projects For The Site Construction Of A Composting Installation For Biodegradable Waste For The Needs Of Rsu - Shumen, Which Serves The Municipalities Of Shumen And Novi Pazar. The Subject Of Each Of The Separate Positions Of No. 1 Includes The Following Activities For The Site: - Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction Until The Acceptance And Commissioning Of Construction In The Mandatory Scope, Regulated In The Spatial Planning Act And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, Including Carrying Out The Implementation Of Its Implementation Verification And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordinance Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As The Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Commissioning Of Construction, Including The Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Conformity Of The Completed Construction And Assembly Works With The Contract For The Implementation Of The Site Engineering, As Well As And Other Activities Subject To The Engineering Contract; - Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance; - Preparation Of A Final Construction Report, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And An Updated Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works; - Management Of The Processes Of Commissioning Until The Issuance Of A Permit For Use; - Wearing Responsibility Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Spatial Planning Act Until The Warranty Periods Expire For The Respective Types Of Construction Works.
