Qualifications and experiences of selected Consultant This consulting is intended for a local hiring in Cambodia, either an individual or firm who have the expertise in the field of the Education Sector and proven knowledge and understanding of the Primary education framework in Cambodia A minimum of a post-graduate degree in Education, with sound knowledge of inclusive education, school leadership, community engagement, and early grade improvement Excellent understanding and experience of basic education program High-quality writing and reporting skills Proven experience in conducting quality capacity-building assessments and assessing development programs/projects Thorough knowledge of the education sector in Cambodia Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research/assessments (USAID evaluation experience is preferred.) High level of fluency in spoken and written English essential; local language skills desirable Cover letter and CV (maximum 3 pages; with references) of each person who would be involved in the consultancy assignment. Company/ individual profile(s) and documentation of legal status, and registration as a Company.
