Architectural And Related Services - Planning Services Tenant Expansion Bonn (Property Planning, Open -Air Systems, Security). The Federal Agency For Real Estate (Hereinafter Referred To As A Bima Or Client (Ag)) Plans The Realization Of Tenant Expansion Assets In A Rented Existing Building In Bonn For The Accommodation Of A Security Authority. The Existing Building Complex Consists Of Twelve Carrees That Connect To A Middle Wing. Four Three- Or Four-Storey Two-Bunded Bars Each Close Into A Camouflage And Include An Inner Courtyard. The Development Nuclei Are Located In The Cross Points Of The Karrees. Individual And Double Offices Are Largely Available In The Existing Office Space. The Main Input Is Located On The Ground Floor In The Extreme Southwestern Bare, Which Can Be Reached Directly Via A Forecourt. There Is A Conference Center On The Ground Floor With Modern Technology And Interpreter Cabins. The Building Has A Bgf Of 85,198 Sqm (Ug - 7. Og, Of Which Bgf Eg For The Tenant Expansion Of Approx. 10,000 Sqm And Bgf Ug For The Tenant Expansion Of Approx. 2,500 Sqm) And Outdoor Facilities Of Approx. 16,500 Sqm. Due To Its Cluster Structure, The Building Has 18 Stairs. In Addition, It Has 420 Underground Parking Spaces, As Well As 262 Outdoor Parking Spaces, A Central Reception, 9 Passenger Lifts, 2 Cargo Elevators And External Sun Protection. Partial Cooling Of The Premises Is Possible. Before The Building Can Be Added To The New Use, Modernization Measures Are Intended On The One Hand By The Landlord, So -Called Landlord Expansion (Vma) And On The Other Hand - In The Responsibility Area Of The Bima (Client In This Award Procedure) As A Tenant - A Tenant Expansion (Mam And Mav). The Ag Attaches Particular Importance To Sustainable Concepts And Techniques, Both In Construction And In The Operation. The Entire Building Is Subject To Increased Construction And Operational Secret Protection And Security Requirements. As Part Of The Modernization Measures Responsible By The Client (Bima), Both The Mam Tenant Expansion And Tenant Expansion In The Mav Landlord Expansion Area Are Available. Planning Services Are Required For These Modernization Measures (But Only To The Scope Below). Tenant Expansion Mam (Bima): In Delimitable Parts Of The Existing Building, In The Earth And Legge Schoss, The Bima Will Carry Out A User-Specific Tenant Expansion. The Basis For This Are The Requirements Of User -Induced Demand Planning (Output Specification).
