The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That The Work Is Completed Efficiently, Professionally, And In Compliance With All Relevant Safety And Quality Standards. Conduct An Initial Site Assessment (Date And Time Will Be January 29 And 30) To Determine The Condition Of The Current Vinyl Tile And The Specifications Of The New Porcelain Tile To Be Installed. Carefully Remove Existing Vinyl Tile From The Security Post Locations Without Causing Damage To The Underlying Substrate. Dispose Of All Removed Materials In Accordance With Local Waste Disposal Regulations. Inspect The Subfloor For Any Damage Or Irregularities Once The Vinyl Tile Is Removed. Prepare The Subfloor As Necessary, Including Cleaning, Leveling, And Any Necessary Repairs To Ensure A Solid Surface For The Porcelain Tile Installation. Supply And Install Porcelain Tile Specified In Public Files Labeled As Selected Tile. Ensure Proper Alignment, Grouting, And Sealing Of Tiles To Create A Durable And Aesthetically Pleasing Finish.
