The Consultation Aims To Enable Resah, Acting As Contracting Authority In Accordance With Article L. 1211-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, To Acquire Supplies And Services Enabling The Design - Construction, Assembly And Dismantling Of The Resah Stand For The Event “Santexpo” For The Years 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028. This Involves Designing, Manufacturing, Setting Up And Dismantling The Stand For The “Santexpo” Show. Santexpo” Which Takes Place During May (From May 20 To 22 For The Year 2025) At Paris Expo, Porte De Versailles, Hall 1. In This Context, The Holder Is Responsible For Ensuring, In Conjunction With The Events Center: - The Design And Layout Of The Stand In Compliance With The Organizers Regulations, - The Coordination Of The Various Services For The Creation Of The Stand (Manufacturing Of The Stand, Selection Of Furniture, Printing Of Visuals - The Graphics Being Provided By Resah According To Specifications Techniques Indicated By The Holder) - Compliance With The Retro Planning Validated By The Events Center - Technical Logistics (Delivery Of Furniture, Assembly / Cleaning / Dismantling / Connection / Arrangement) - Storage, Assembly And Dismantling Of The Constituent Elements Of The Stand - The Logistics Human Resources (Technical Staff) The Resah Stand Must Be Delivered “Turnkey”. As A Result, All Of The Services And Supplies Necessary For The Mission Will Be Included In The Holders Offer, And In Particular: - Transport, Installation And Dismantling Of The Stand, - The Presence Of A Manager On The Opening Day, - The Presence Of A Technician Available By Telephone And On Site For The 3 Days Of The Show - Ordering, Implementation And Monitoring Of Associated Services, - Cleaning Of The Stand Before Handing Over The Keys And Before Opening Each Day Of The Event, - Storage Of Items That May Be Reused For The Following Years Edition. Mandatory Deadline: Handover Of The Keys To The Finished, Clean And Operational Stand Will Take Place On Monday May 19, 2025 At 5 P.M.
