Expression of Interest for Project Mid-term Evaluation Empowering CSOs, Women, Youth and Marginalised communities as Equal Partners in Democracy project (ECSO) The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Namibia/Angola together with the European Union is implementing a 36-month project called, Empowering CSOs, Women, Youth and Marginalised communities as Equal Partners in Democracy in 3 regions of Namibia. KAS is inviting suitable consultants to submit an expression of interest for a short-term consultancy to conduct a mid-term evaluation of the project. The purpose of this Mid-Term evaluation is to provide a comprehensive overall assessment of the project and an opportunity to critically assess administrative and technical strategies and issues. In addition, the evaluation shall elaborate on suggestions for a successful completion and sustainability of the project.
