That, The Hospital Del Salvador, Hereinafter And Interchangeably, “Hds” Or “The Entity”, Needs To Contract The “Preventive Maintenance Service For Event Medical Brand Invasive Mechanical Ventilators, Belonging To The Upc Service Of The Hospital Del Salvador”, Which Contemplates Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Work On The Entire Event Medical Brand Mechanical Ventilator System And Its Components Used For Their Correct Functioning, Including The Control Elements, All In Accordance With The Technical Specifications That Make Up These Bases. That, According To The Definition Of Numeral 30 Of Article 4 Of The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886, A Service Contract Is One Through Which The Entities Of The State Administration Entrust A Natural Or Legal Person With The Execution Of Tasks; That, Likewise, The “Preventive Maintenance Service For Event Medical Brand Invasive Mechanical Ventilators, Belonging To The Upc Service Of The Hospital Del Salvador”, Is Classified As A Regular Service, As It Corresponds To Those That Are Required Permanently And That Use Personnel On A Regular Basis. Intensive And Direct For The Provision Of What Is Required By The Bidding Entity, As Verified In The Specific Case Of This Tender; That, Due To The Amount Of The Service Mentioned, This Tender Is Located In The Section For Contracts Equal To Or Greater Than 100 Utm And Less Than 1,000 Utm; In Accordance With Article 36 Of The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886; That After The Respective Queries, The “Preventive Maintenance Service For Event Medical Brand Invasive Mechanical Ventilators, Belonging To The Upc Service Of The Hospital Del Salvador”, Are Not Available In The Framework Agreement Modality In The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The System Of Information Of The Shopping Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl.
