The Building Serves As An Access For The Lindenhof Underpass To The Train Station. On The Upper Floor There Is A Bicycle Parking House With 300 Parking Spaces And On The Ground Floor Or On The Basement Are 3 Smaller Commercial Units. The Building Is About 90M Long And 13M Wide. The Height From The Upper Edge Is Approx. 8M. The Lower Cellar Extends Up To 4M. It Is A Place Concrete Massif In The Ug And Ec. The Eg Is Largely Open. The Commercial Units Are Inserted As Warm Cells. The Upper Floor Is Set Up As A Steel Structure. To The Street, A Precast Concrete Facade Is Hung On The Upper Floor. The Remaining Facade Surfaces In The Upper Floor Are Closed With Profile Glass Glazing. The Soundproofing Wall Is Also Made From Profile Glass On A Concrete Base.
