Convention Activating The Option For Services In Accordance With The Basic Plan Of Services That Will Be Subject To This. The Time Expansion (The Right To Extend), In One (1) Year, In Accordance With The Technical Object Issue, With A Budget Of Eur 366,000 (Now Vat), Is A Form Of Modification Of The Contract, As It Leads To An Increase In Contractual Value. The Activation Of The Right To Unilateral Extension By Egnatia Odos Sa Will Be Done Within The Time Of Execution Of The Original Contract And At Least Three (3) Months Prior To Its Completion. In The Light Of The Foregoing, The Conclusion Of The Attendance Contract Will Be Followed By The Notification Of The Relevant Decision To The Contractor. The Contractor Will Continue To Provide His Services In Accordance With The Terms Of The Original Contract And For The Full Period Of Validity After The Exercise Of The Option (Extension Of The Contract Duration).
