The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Of Maintaining The Operation Of Networks, Devices And Sanitary Installations, Including In Particular The Maintenance Of Cold Water, Hot Water, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating, Process Heat, Chilled Water, Comfort Air Conditioning And Ventilation, Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, Relevant Standards, Technical And Operational Documentation, Warranty Conditions, Recommendations Of Device Manufacturers And Contractors, And Good Operating Practice, As Well As The Best Knowledge And The Highest Standards And With The Highest Possible Diligence. Maintenance Applies To All Sanitary Installations In The Epi-Centrum Nauki. Part I Includes: Maintenance Of The Network, Installations And Sanitary Devices Of Cold Water, Hot Water And Environmental Protection Devices: Sanitary Sewage System. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
