The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Services In The Field Of Maintenance Of Road Lighting Devices In Order To Keep Them In Proper Technical Condition, As Well As To Complete Formalities Related To The Performance Of The Following Activities: 1) Maintenance Of Lighting Fixtures Located In The Góra Kalwaria Commune (Currently Approx. 4,500 Pcs. Of Fixtures), The Number Of Fixtures May Be Increased During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, 2) Elimination Of Threats To Third Parties Resulting From Random Events (Accident, Storm, Flood, Vandalism, Theft) Damage To Lighting Devices (E.G. Broken Wires Or Damaged Cables, Broken Or Leaning Pole, Broken Boom, Hanging Fixture, Open Or Damaged Lighting Cabinet) Within No More Than 3 Hours. From Reporting Such A Threat And Restoring The Correct Technical Condition Within 48 Hours After Removing The Threat.3) Carrying Out Current Repairs Of Individual Lamps (Excluding Led Lamps) Within The Time Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form (Offer Evaluation Criterion) From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure, Including Replacing Or Repairing Damaged Elements, I.E.: A) Light Sources, B) Ignition Systems, Ballasts, Chokes, Capacitorsc) Fuse Links, Power Fuses, Fuse Heads, Bases And Fuse Plates, Current Terminals, Terminal Strips, D) Fixtures And Covers, E) Arms And Mounting Structures, F) Control Devices (Contactors, Twilight Relays, Control Clocks), 4) Repair Of The Failure Of The Entire Circuit Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Reporting Failures, Including Replacement Or Repair Of Damaged Elements, I.E.: A) Light Sources, B) Ignition Systems, Ballasts, Chokes, Capacitorsc) Fuse Links, Power Fuses, Fuse Heads, Fuse Bases And Plates, Current Terminals, Terminal Strips,D) Fixtures And Covers,E) Booms And Mounting Structures,F) Control Devices (Contactors, Twilight Relays, Timers),5 ) In The Event Of A Failure Of An Led Luminaire, The Repair Time Is Determined Individually, But It Cannot Be Longer Than 14 Days From Reporting The Failure. Until The Failure Is Repaired, If Technically Possible, A Replacement Light Source (Led Or Sodium) Should Be Provided And Installed. 6) Locating And Repairing Damage In The Overhead And Cable Lighting Networks, 7) Maintenance Of Power And Control Lines For Road Lighting, 8) Maintenance Of Switchboards, Cabinets And Boards With Switchgear And Control Equipment As Well As Lines Supplying This Equipment, 9) Adjustment Of Control Clocks And Twilight Relays And Replacement In Case Of Damage (Control Clocks Operating In An Astronomical Cycle With The Possibility Of Setting A Night Break),10) Cleaning Recesses Of Lighting Poles, Replacing Plates, Supplementing Or Replacing Pole Closures (Doors), Correcting Or Replacing Bands, 11) Carrying Out Measurements And Operational Tests, 12) Ongoing Maintenance And Washing Of Lamp Shades, 13) Monitoring The Lighting Condition At Night (After Dark) ,14) Trimming Tree Branches That Limit The Effectiveness Of Road Lighting And P
