As Part Of The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Appraisal Report, If It Is Necessary To Use The Appraisal Report After 12 Months From The Date Of Its Preparation, The Author Of The Appraisal Report Will Confirm The Validity Of The Appraisal Report, Unless There Are Changes In Legal Conditions Or Significant Changes In The Factors Referred To In Art. 154 Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Real Estate Management, Within 7 Days From The Date Of Notifying The Contractor Of Such Necessity. The Author Of The Appraisal Report Will Be Obliged To Provide Written Explanations At The Request Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Prepared Appraisal Report After Its Receipt By The Ordering Party And Submission Them At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Within 7 Days From The Date Of Notifying The Contractor Of The Need To Provide Explanations.
