Tenders Are Invited For Performing Measurements Of Concentrations Of Selected Impurities Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conduct Of 2024-2025 And 2025–2026 Measurements Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Bsp) Equipped With Devices Enabling: A. Measurement Of Pm10 And Co2 Concentration, B. Bsp Flight Path (Gps Module With Registration), C. Registration And Presentation Of Real -Time Measurement Results, D. Video And Photographic Registration Of Flights. 4.2. The Order Was Divided Into Two (2) Parts, Including: 4.2.1. Part I-Measurements In The Heating Season 2024-2025.4.2.2. Part Ii-Measurements In The Heating Season 2025-2026.4.3. Services Under This Order Must Be Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Law And Standards In Force In Poland, As Well As The Requirements For Having Appropriate Rights And Permits In The Scope Of Business. 4.4. Services Will Be Provided In Locations And Dates Agreed With The Employer With The Participation Of The City Guard/Commune Guard/Environmental Protection Officials. 4.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure All Technical And Organizational Measures And The Proper Selection Of Human Equipment And Resources For The Purpose Of Providing Services. 4.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Safety Of Flights And Protection Of Persons (E.G. From Body Damage) And Property (E.G. From Roof Damage, Chimneys, Antennas, Telephone And Energy Wires, Etc.). 4.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have An Applicable Policy Or Other Civil Liability Insurance Document, Including The Situations Specified In Point 4.5.
