The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Vehicles / Devices / Equipment He Offers, Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In Such A Situation, The Employer Requires The Presentation Of Relevant Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements. All Devices Must Enable Joint Work Within A Given Part Without The Contracting Authority Acquisition Of Additional Equipment. 2. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Size Of The Order (Increase / Reduction) With Individual Elements Of The Basic Order. 3. The Numbering Indicated In The Invitation And Attachments Is Used To Facilitate The Identification Of Incurred Expenses. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 7, Which Should Be Completed (Indicated The Names And The Technical, Functional, Software) And Provided To The Contract Before Signing The Contract.
