Tenders are invited for South Secondary Canal Upgrades and Control Structure Secondary Canal SC1, SC2, and SC7, and Tertiary Canals SC2-TCL1 and SC3-TCR1 totaling 30.809 km and 177 associated canal structures in Kampong Thom Province. Deadline for Submission of Bids: 11 March 2025 Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of US$1.705 million. Minimum average construction annual turnover of US$14.0 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years. Bidders are required to have satisfactory experience as a contractor, Joint venture partner, or subcontractor in at least one (1) contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds US$11.0 million. The similarity of the Bidders participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6.
