Tenders are invited for External Auditing Services for a 3-year period starting from December 31, 2025 December 31, 2027 Audit Services The audit will cover different projects. The Audited Financial Report for the year 2025 should be designed and issued in Both Arabic and English and to be delivered as eight hard copies (4 copies for each). This tender is for 3 years with yearly fixed fees. Confidentality - The auditor shall agree to keep the information related to all funds audited, related contracts, and all information obtained in the course of the audit, in strict confidence. Deadlines and time frames should be clearly mentioned in the price offer and will be considerd as one of the competative advantages. Delivery time for conductiong all information needed should be included in the price offer. The applicant is not allowed to share any of REFORMs reports with any one without consulting REFORM. The applicants should register on REFORM procurement system REFORM (econnect.ps) REFORM has the right to cancel the contract at anytime. Advertising fees will be covered by the winning vendor. Companies should submit a valid deduction on source certificate or else 10% of the total payment will be deducted as VAT.
