The Subject Of The Competition Is 4 Properties Of Espoon Asunnot Oy. The District Heating Equipment Will Be Renewed And The Basic Adjustment Work Of The Heating And The Basic Adjustment Work Of The Domestic Hot Water Network (Dhw) Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Tender Materials And Plans Included In The Request For Tender. Contractors Are Selected 1/Property. One Property Is Therefore One Contract And Can Include Several Different Jobs (E.G. Basic Adjustment + Kl Package). The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Items He Has Won. The Customer Reserves The Right Not To Implement The Selected Items For A Justified Reason.
