Tenders Are Invited For Appointment Of A Titular Auditor And His Deputy In Charge Of The Certification Of The Dakto Accounts For The Accounting Years From 2025 To 2030

The Purpose Of This Market Is The Designation Of The Auditor And Its Deputy For Legal Control Missions And Certification Of Dakto Accounts. The Service Includes Two Main Missions:  General Control Of Legal Control Of Accounts: Relating To The Certification Of The Dakto Annual Accounts, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 823-9 And Following Of The Commercial Code. Additional And Special (If Necessary ): These Missions Relate To The Level Of All Diligence Directly Linked In Particular To The Certification Of Annual Accounts, The Laudit Of Regulated Conventions, Etc. In General, The Statutory Auditor Or His Deputy Is Required To Provide All Accounting Services And Daudit In Order To Certify The Dakto Accounts In Accordance With The Regulations In Force. The Deputy Auditor Will Intervene In The Event Of The Holder.
