Ensuring Equal Access To Health Care And Ensuring The Resilience Of Health Systems, Including In Terms Of Primary Health Care, As Well As Promoting The Transition From Institutionalized Care To Family Or Community Care (Fedr), The Investment Action In The Public Infrastructure Of Health Facilities/ Other Public Medical Structures That Carry Out Outpatient Medical Activities/Provide Outpatient Medical Assistance.
