Work Detail
Buses And Coaches - Purchase Of A Low -Emission Bus Rolling Stock. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 3 Pieces (Bus No. 1-2 Pcs, Bus No. 2- 1 Pc Functioning Non -Urban Bus Lines. The Purchased Rolling Stock Will Be Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities And People With Limited Physical Capacity. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz (Detailed Technical Parameters Of Buses). 4. The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Be Factory New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Secure, Complete And Ready For Work, 2) Correspond To All The Features Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And Be Compatible With Applicable Standards, 3) Have A Set Of Documentation Technical And Operational. 4) Adaptation Of Rolling Stock To Climate Change And Resistance To Extreme Weather Events 5) Should Meet All Standards In The Field Of Low -Emission, 6) Service And Maintenance Of Purchased Vehicles With Ensuring Adequate Use And Protection Of Water Resources (Without Negative Impact On These Resources), 7) Service And Maintenance Of Purchased Vehicles While Maintaining A Closed Circulation Economy, Including Prevention Of Waste And Recycling, 8) Service And Maintenance Of Purchased Vehicles Related To The Prevention And Control Of Air, Water Or Soil Pollution. 9) In The Scope Of The Work Covered By The Warranty, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Them In Accordance With The Dnsh Principles, Including By: A) All Warranty Work Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Prevention And Control Of Air, Water And Soil Pollution, B) All Warranty Work Must Be Carried Out Using Ecological Agents, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Manufacturer, C) Waste Resulting From Work They Must Be Segregated And Utilized In Accordance With Applicable Environmental Protection Regulations, D) The Principle Of Waste Minimization Through Recycling And Reusing Of Materials Must Be Used. 7. The Contractor Should Conduct Drivers Training, Including In The Field Of Technical Service In Terms Of Use, Inspections, Repair And Operation Of Buses. 8. The Order Should Be Executed In Particular In Accordance With The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex 10 To Swz. 9. For The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Service Activities (Services, Inspections, Etc.). 10. The Contractor Will Grant Warranty And Guarantees For Delivered Buses For A Period Of Not Less Than 3 Years And Not Longer Than 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Contracting Authority And The Contractor (The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For The Assessment Of The Offers Described In Chapter Xviii Swz). 11. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract And Commissioning Must Also Be In Line With All Legal Acts Competent For The Subject Of The Contract, With The Applicable Polish
