After The Current Commercial Buildings Are Demolished, Various Residential Buildings With A Shared Underground Car Park Are To Be Built On This Property. The Necessary Demolition Measures Will Be Carried Out On Site. Initial Considerations For The New Development Of The Property Have Already Been Obtained Through An Ideas Competition, Which Was Carried Out In The Form Of An Urban Planning Workshop Process. The Aim Here Was To Find Solutions With Regard To The Urban And Architectural Development Of The Property In Consultation With The State Capital Of Dresden. The Results Of The Ideas Competition Are Available In The Project Documents (Asset C-03) And Must Be Taken Into Account When Further Processing The Project Task.
