The Most Important Planning Tasks Of The Outdoor Facility Planner Are - Advising And Coordinating The Lighting Planning Of Selected Playing Fields And Access To The Illuminated Facilities With Regard To The Protection Of The Existing Property (Green Space Equipment, Woody Structures And Species Protection); - Planning, Preparation And Participation In The Awarding Of Contracts As Well As Construction Management Of The Lighting Infrastructure And Lighting Power Supply (Empty Pipes, Draft Shafts And Foundations) Using The Existing Buildings, Where Possible And Sensible; - Planning, Preparation And Participation In The Awarding Of The Tender As Well As Construction Management Of The Restoration Of The Surfaces After Installation Of The Infrastructure And Installation Of The Light Poles; - Planning And Coordination Of The Requirements For Maintenance And Winter Service On Illuminated Paths, The Need For Fastening And, If Necessary, Widening (Radius, Clearance Profile); - Support And Provision Of Documents To Bring About A Decision By The District Committees For Each Location; - Coordinating Management Of Those Involved; - Clarification Of The Necessary Permits And Approval Procedures; - If Necessary, Approval Planning For Systems That Require Approval.
