The Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart Intends To Modernize The Existing Five Operating Rooms At The Stuttgart Location With The Addition Of An Operating Room, Including The Adaptation Of The Associated Functional Areas In Approx. 3 - 5 Construction Phases So That They Meet The Existing Requirements, The Reorganization And The Reconstruction Of The Radiology Department (Installation Of Mri And Angio-Surgery) Including The Adaptation Of Associated Functional Areas In Approx. 2 - 3 Construction Phases, Both With Complete Renewal Of The Technical Building Equipment And Medical Technology, Expansion Of The Cafeteria And Staff Changing Rooms, Optional Examination And Treatment Rooms, Optional Modernization Of The Kitchen And Optional Dismantling And New Development On The Corner Of Falkertstrasse And Lerchenstrasse On The Motherhouse Site. This Is To Be Done By Partially Dismantling, Increasing, Expanding And Converting The Existing Building. The Construction Work Must Be Divided Into Numerous Construction Phases And Takes Place While The Hospital And Operating Theater Are In Operation. The Technical Building Equipment Must Also Be Completely Renewed During Ongoing Hospital And Operating Room Operations And A New Level Of Technology Must Be Created. There Is No Space Available On The Diakonie-Klinikum Site To Set Up An Interim Or Temporary Facility For The Operating Room Department Or Other Uses. The Total Construction Costs (Cost Groups 200 - 700, Excluding 500) Are Currently Assumed To Be Around Eur 72 Million Including 19% Sales Tax. In Addition, Approximately Eur 3 Million Gross Will Be Allocated For The Examination And Treatment Room Option, Approximately Eur 4 Million Gross For The Kitchen Modernization Option And Approximately Eur 25 Gross For The Dismantling And New Development Option At The Corner Of Falkertstrasse And Lerchenstrasse On The Parent House Site Eur Million Gross Estimated. The Construction Project Involves Highly Installed And Complex Medical Care Rooms. The Construction Project Is Under High Cost And Deadline Pressure. Furthermore, The Construction Phases Place High Demands On Hygiene And Fire Protection. Due To The Inner-City Location Of The Existing Building, Very High Demands Are Required On The Construction Site Logistics, Processes, Construction Management And The Planning Coordination Of Legal Building Permit Procedures. Service Phases 1 - 5 According To Hoai Are Created For The Entire Project. The Further Service Phases 6 - 9 Are Then Processed Separately For The Individual Construction Phases. The Costs Must Be Prepared And Tracked On A Construction Phase-By-Construction Basis. The Schedules, Including An Overall Framework Plan, Must Also Be Drawn Up And Monitored For The Individual Construction Phases. Processing The Documents For Funding Applications Is Part Of The Basic Services. Funding Applications Are Submitted On A Construction Phase-By-Construction Basis. The Modalities For Determining The Eligible Building Structure Are Defined In The Draft Contract. A Feasibility Study Has Already Been Prepared For The Project. The Authors Of This Feasibility Study Can Take Part In The Procurement Process. The One In The 1St Phase
