Expression of Interest for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing (EPCF) of Keben dam for water supply project. 1. LVNWWDA hereby invites Expressions of Interest from interested firms/consortia for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing of the proposed Keben Dam water supply project. 2. The envisaged scope of works include; a) Priority/Core Works i. Construction of a 43 meters high dam with reservoir capacity of 5,000,748 m3 . ii. Water Treatment plant capacity of 24,000m3 /day iii. Construction of 82 km transmission and distribution network. iv. Last mile connectivity with smart meters and six (6) storage tanks of cumulative 12,500m3 v.
