All standard accessories for all offered items should be provided. 2. A Technician must be delegated from supplier to Install, and recheck after maintenance time. 3.The supplier shall provide the items with all standard technical features and specifications and in full working conditions. 4.Catalgoues/picture and datasheets with details and specifications must be provided with the tender submission by bidder for the needed items and GIZ will physically check and approve 5. Supplying, loading, offloading and transportation are included 6.Reference pictures are only to recognize and understand the items, not an indication for any model or brand Content of the Financial Offer The price offer must contain all costs in (Iraqi Dinars IQD), as specified in the Annex 2 - Bid form and it must be Signed and Stamped. The price for offered items includes a warranty per product for at least one year The prices include Providing, supplying, loading, offloading, installation, and transportation, with all other GIZ requirements. The tenderer submitting more than one financial offer with different prices, will be disqualified from the whole bid. All the prices stated in the company offer shall be free of taxes and other public charges that cannot be exempted and must be paid.
