Offers transmitted in any other manner or offers received after the deadline date and time will not be considered. All bids will be opened by the Islamic ReliefWorldwide Iraq Procurement Committee, and all Bidders will be notified of the results. The bidder must submit the tender bid items according to the required specifications in the Annexe A. The bidder has the right to mention the specifications of the material if they di r slightly from what is stated in Annexes A. If there are major differences in the offered specifications, IRW-Iraq has the right not to consider the bid. The bidder must authenticate (by companys stamp) on all tender documents stamped by Islamic Relief Worldwide and fill the price well and clearly in Iraqi dinar. e The bidder must submit the companys supporting documents (company registration documents, experience, Bank IBAN, etc.) Islamic Relief Worldwide Iraq will ensure timely payment to the contracting company within 30 business days of each lot deliverys acceptance. The payment will be through a bank transfer to the company, Bank Account. The bidder is not allowed to alter the unit price until the contract expiration date without any additional charges for transportation or other reasons.
