Advertising Services - Implementation Of A Campaign Promoting Paying Taxes In Poznań And The Benefit System Ok Poznań On Citylight And Digital Citylight Advertising Media. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Campaign Promoting The Payment Of Taxes In Poznań And The Ok Poznań Benefits System At Bus Shelters In Poznań. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Rental Of 75 Citylight And 25 Digital Citylight Advertising Spaces At Bus Shelters In Poznań, According To The Schedule Prepared And Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party, For The Purpose Of Placing Campaign Advertisements (Advertising Graphics) In These Places; B) Permanent Emission, Printing, Assembly And Dismantling Of Advertising (Posters) Regarding The Campaign On 75 Citylight Advertising Spots At Bus Shelters In Poznań According To The Schedule Prepared And Submitted To The Contractor By The Ordering Party; C) Disposal Of Advertisements (Posters) After Their Dismantling; D) Broadcasting A 10-Second Still Advertisement Regarding The Campaign With A Frequency Of 1 Time Per Minute, 24 Hours A Day, On 25 Digital Citylight Advertising Media At Bus Shelters In Poznań, According To The Schedule Prepared And Submitted To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. 2) Citylight And Digital Citylight Advertising Media Must Be Located At Bus Shelters Located In The City Of Poznań. At Least 50% Of Them Must Be Located In The Poznań Paid Parking Zone. 3) The Ordering Party Expects To Change The Graphics At Least Twice During The Term Of The Contract. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Written Reports After Each Change Of Graphics From The Exposure Carried Out On Citylights/Digital Citylights, Including In Particular: Date Of Exposure, Number Of Media, Street, Photographic Documentation Confirming The Exposure. 5) The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Constant, Ongoing Quality Control Of The Advertising Graphics Displayed On The Media. In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To Pasted Or Broadcast Advertising Graphics, The Contractor Will Immediately Re-Paste/Issue Them At His Own Expense. 6) In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To The Medium On Which The Advertising Graphics Are Displayed, The Contractor Shall Immediately, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Be Obliged To Paste/Broadcast The Graphics On Another Medium, Such As Citylight Or Digital Citylight, Respectively, At His Own Expense. 7) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template Together With The Annex, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
