Natural Gas - Comprehensive Delivery Of Natural Gas For Aquanet S.A.. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas In The Amount Of 27,500,936 Kwh, Consisting In The Delivery And Distribution Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Of Aquanet S.A. The Ordering Party Will Use Gas Fuel For Heating Purposes And For Its Own Needs In Connection With Its Business. The Supply Of Natural Gas Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Contractor Will Supply Natural Gas In Accordance With The Applicable Quality Standards Of Customer Service Specified In The Implementing Acts Issued On The Basis Of The Energy Law. The Contractor Must Have Current Contracts With The Distribution System Operator (Dso), I.E. Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O., For The Following Areas: Poznań, Operating On The Premises Of The Ordering Party, Enabling Comprehensive Delivery Of Gas Fuel Via The Osd Distribution Network To Gas Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Opz. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
