I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works To Change The Use Of The Ground Floor Premises Of The Former Junior High School No. 1 In Miechów (Currently Occupied By The Music School), Located In The Wł. Sikorskiego 15 B, 32-200 Miechów, Which Is Part Of The Complex Of Primary School No. 2 In Miechów For The Needs Of The Nursery. Ii. The Procedure Includes The Following Partial Tasks: Partial Task No. 1: Construction Works In The Scope Of Changing The Use Of The Premises On The Ground Floor Of The Former Junior High School No. 1 In Miechów For The Needs Of A Nursery. 1) The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular The Construction Of: - Two Nursery Rooms For A Total Of 50 Children With Auxiliary Rooms;- Secretariat;- Directors Office;- Public Sanitary Room Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People;- Social Room For Employees; - Sanitary Facilities For Employees; - Cleaning Room; - Trolley Room; - Room For Receiving And Portioning Meals; - Dishwashing Room. It Is Planned To Remove Several Brick Partition Walls And Construct New Doors And Holes In The Load-Bearing Walls. Due To The Separation Of A New Fire Zone For The Zlii Nursery, The Works Will Include Fire Separation Of Part Of The Nursery From The Rest Of The Building, Including: Replacing Window And Door Joinery With Ei60 Fire-Resistant Joinery At The Junction Of Fire Zones, Separating The Staircase, Which Does Not Belong To The Nursery Fire Zone, From The School Building Fire Zone. Fire Protection Will Be Separated From The Rest Of The Building By A Fire Wall With A Fire Resistance Class Of Rei 120. The Ordering Party Will Approve The Schedule Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of Its Receipt And It Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract. The Arrangement Of The Rooms Includes Professional Furniture, Teaching Aids With Approvals Or Certificates, And Toys That Meet Safety And Hygiene Requirements And Have The Ce Marking. Iii.
