Tenders Are Invited For Emergency Partial Renovations On County Roads In Piła County In 2025.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled Emergency Partial Repairs On The Poviat Roads Of The Piła Poviat In 2025 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Work Related To The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Poviat Road Network In Nine Municipalities In The Piła Poviat, Including The Wystat Roads And Municipal Roads. 3. The First Renovations Of The So -Called Emergency Repairs After The Winter Period Of Defects On All Poviat Roads Should Be Carried Out Within 3 Weeks Of The Occurrence Of Favorable Weather Conditions, But Not Later Than By The End Of April 2025. Other Repairs Will Be Ordered On A Regular Basis, In The Event Of Such Need. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of A 5 Cm Medium -Thick Bituminous Surface Using A Mineral And Bituminous Mass With A Hot Method With A Recycler Or A Thermos Along With The Cut And Demolition Of Damaged Surfaces And Sealing Of Cutting Places (According To Sst). The Implementation Of The Above Works Is Associated Simultaneously With The Ordering Of The Area In Which They Were Made. 5. The Work Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Annex 4 To Swz, In Accordance With The Construction Law, The Requirements Of Contemporary Technical Knowledge. 6. Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Each Time On Behalf Of As Needed. The Expected Scope Of Work Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - The Offer Form. The Indicated Amounts In The Form The Offer Are Estimated Amounts And Are Only Used To Calculate The Price Of The Offer, Comparison Of Submitted Offers And Selecting The Contractor. 7. All Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Poviat Road Administration, Based On Written Orders Issued By The Director Of The Poviat Road Administration In Piła Or An Authorized Employee, In Which The Place Of Execution, Their Scope And Date Of Implementation Will Be Indicated Each Time. The Basis For Settlement Of Work Will Be Gross Unit Prices Specified In The Contract. 8. In Emergency Situations, In The Event Of A State Of Danger In Road Safety, Oral Orders Are Allowed, Which Must Be Immediately Confirmed In Writing. 9. In The Case Referred To In Point 3.8. Swz The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Not Later Than 24 Hours From The Moment Of Notification To Secure The Place Posing Danger, And Within 7 Days From The Moment Of Notification To Perform Repair Works. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Book Of A Measure In Which The Contractor Will Keep A Detailed Measure Of Works. The Measurement Unit Is The M2 Of Partial Renovation According To The Measurement In The Field. 11. The Scope Of Works Determined Each Time Is Subject To A Protocol Receipt. Readiness To Accept The Works Performed Should Be Reported To The Poviat Road Administration In Piła In Writing By Submitting The Book A Measure By The Contractor, Including The Type Of Work Performed And Their Measurement.
