The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Track Connection As Part Of Securing Tram Traffic In Connection With Planned Construction Works On The Siennicki Bridge Over The Martwa Wisła In Gdańsk - In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) 1St Subject Of Acceptance - Preparation Of Design Documentation, Along With Determining The Schedule Of Design Work And Works, Obtaining All Necessary Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Notifications And Final Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works. 2) 2Nd Subject Acceptance - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Approved Design Documentation Prepared Under The First Subject Of Acceptance.3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The First Acceptance Object (Design Documentation), The Second Acceptance Object (Construction Works) And Perform Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation.4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Obtain A Certificate Confirming That There Are No Grounds For Raising An Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction Or Will Provide Proof Of The Expiry Of The Deadline For Raising An Objection By The Construction Supervision Authority To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And Implementation Conditions Were Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
