The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Maintenance, Maintenance And Operation Of Road Lighting Owned By The Ordering Party, Consisting In Providing Services On The Network And Road Lighting Devices In A Manner Ensuring Technical Efficiency In Accordance With The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Due Diligence And Currently Applicable Law, In The Following Scope: A ) Inspection Of Lighting Infrastructure, B) Replacement Of Unwavering Light Sources - Bulbs And Utilization Of Used Elements From Replacement, C) Replacement Of Ungeral/Damaged Led Luminaires - Up To 12 Luminaires During The Contract. If The Number Of Listed Led Luminaires Exceeds 12 Pcs. During The Contract, The Employer Will Cover The Cost Of Purchasing The Binding Based On The Invoice/Re -Invoicing Of The Binding, D) Maintaining The Clamping Plates - Fuse Lighting Columns In Technical Efficiency With Preventing Access To Pupil Recesses To Permanent Persons And Replacement Of Damaged Collars Closures, E) Maintaining The Technical Efficiency Of Lighting Fixtures By Replacing Their Individual Elements (Chokes, Ignition Systems, Capacitors, Etc.) F) Replacement Of Damaged Power Cables In Poles And Booms, G) Replacement Power Consumption, H) Ongoing Control And Maintenance Of Lighting Switchgears In Good Technical Efficiency By Their Maintenance And Replacement Of Damaged Controls Of Control Equipment And Protective Elements, I) Control Of The Correctness Of The Time Of Switching And Switching Off Lighting And Replacement Of Damaged Elements Of Control Devices Or Entire Control Clocks, J) Renewing And Supplementing Missing Information Inscriptions On Poles, Lanterns And Control And Security Cabinets, K) Keeping The Luminaires In Proper Cleanliness, L) Pruning Branches In Case They Cover The Binding, M) Vertical Of Columns - As Part Of The Occurring Needs, N) Location Damage Cable Line, O) Performing Tests Of The Electrical Network Of The Lighting Line Indicated By The Employer In The Amount Of 6 Quarterly, Along With The Development Of Documentation - Describing The Elements Of The Line And The Review In The Passport Of The Lighting Object, In Accordance With The Presented Pattern. The Final Date Of Passing On Passports Is The Last Working Day Of The Quarter. Available Service Enabling The Complaint And Information On The Incorrect Operation Of The Lighting Network For 7 Days Of The Week And 24 Hours A Day. Connection Of Intervention Activities Within 2 Hours Of Reporting By The Ordering Party In Exceptional Situations Such As: A ) A Road Collision, As A Result Of Which The Lighting Network (Protection Of The Scene) Was Damaged, B) The State Of The Network Posing A Threat To The Environment, C) Other Cases Caused, E.G. By The Activities Of The Elements And Third Parties. Effective Notification By The Ordering Party, Calculated As Follows - 4 (Working Days) On Weekdays, I.E.
