The Fact That The Staff Training Has Been Carried Out Should Be Reflected In The Acceptance Protocol For The Delivery. *With Respect To The Computer Configuration, Part Of The Lot # 3 Shall Apply The Requirements Of Annex No. 1 Of Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement. The Items Are Subject To Delivery Within The Scope Of The Four Lots Are Exhaustively Listed And Detailed In The Attached Technical Specification. The Selected Contractor Has The Obligation To Carry Out The Elimination Of Possible Defects On The Delivered And Installed Items During The Period Of The Warranty Period Proposed By Him. When Executing The Subject Of The Contract, The Requirements Of The Current Regulatory Framework Should Be Complied With, Incl.
