Sustainability and Innovation Introduce innovative property management practices, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Implement sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency measures, water conservation programs, and waste management systems in alignment with global standards. 6313 Explore opportunities to achieve and maintain international certifications related to property sustainability. 5. Reporting and Advisory Role Provide regular reports to the management of MSP on the propertys operational status, tenant-related matters, and proposed improvements. Attend and present updates during Management Meetings of MSP to advise on property management matters. Recommend strategies for optimizing building operations and aligning with international best practices. 6. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure the property complies with all relevant local laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Proactively manage risks by implementing safety protocols and maintaining an updated emergency response plan for the property.
