Tenders are invited for Establishment of a Framework Agreement with One or More Law Firms for Legal Services in the DRC. This call for tenders file duly initialed, stamped and signed (mandatory); - A duly completed, stamped and signed application form (mandatory); - Declaration of exclusion situation duly completed, stamped and signed (mandatory); - Declaration of compliance with ethical standards duly completed, stamped and signed (mandatory); - A copy of the trade and personal property register (mandatory); - A copy of the tax identification number (mandatory); - A copy of the companys RIB (mandatory); - A copy of the identity document or passport of the person in charge/manager of the company (mandatory); - A copy of the tax certificate dated less than three months; - A copy of the firms registration with the Bar Association Technical file (50 points): The technical file is made up of the following documents:- Provide proof of experience in three (03) similar markets (accompanied by certificates of successful completion); - A methodological working note specifying his/her understanding of the TDRs and the expected results as well as any observations on the TDRs; - Three CVs of lawyers with the number of the bar association (1 CV of a full lawyer and two CVs of a replacement lawyer; - Provide the list of the firms representative offices in the DRC Tender Link : https://www.tala-com.com/appels-offres/marché-de-services
