The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Skwierzyński Cultural Center At Ul. Teatralna 5 In Skwierzy, Including The Construction Of A Gas Installation And Electrical Installations. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: • Thermal Modernization Of The Building, • New Lighting Installation With Replacement Of Luminaires With Leds, • Power Supply For Sanitary Facilities - Gas Boiler, • Replacement Of The Lightning Protection Installation, • Construction Of External And Internal Gas Installation Along With The Location Of The Gas Boiler (Single-Function Gas Condensing Boiler With A Power Of 200 Kw). The Planned Construction Works Are Located On Plot No. 149/4, District 3 Skwierzyna. The Scope Of Works Is Presented In The Bills Of Quantities And Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. Note! All Names And Trademarks Given In The Technical Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Other Documents Are Exemplary And Have Been Used To Define The Expected Quality Standard And Or Indicate The Expected Technical Solutions. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, Which Means An Offer That Presents A Description Of The Subject Of The Order With The Same Or Better Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters Meeting The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party, Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. Comments: A/ All General Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works Under The Supervision Of Authorized Persons. B/ All Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice And Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Environmental Protection.C/ The Technology For Carrying Out The Works May Be Changed To Another One, Provided That It Does Not Have Lower Technical And Operational Parameters, After Obtaining The Written Consent Of The Investor And The Author Of The Project.
