A Multi-Functional Room With Storage And Warehousing Space, B) A Small Room For Occupational Therapy And Training, C) An It And Multimedia Room, D) A Bathroom Adapted To The Needs Of People Disabled People, E) Cleaning/Utility Room, F) Social Room For Employees. 2. The Works Will Include, Among Others: A) Demolition Of Floors, Walls, Windows And Doors, B) Construction Of Partition Walls, C) Plastering, D) Construction Of Stoneware Tile Floors, E) Painting Works, F) Replacement And Installation Of Windows And Doors, G) Installation Of Central Heating, H) Installation Of Hot Water, I) Installation Of Sewage, J) Installation Of Electrical Installation, K) Installation Of Thermal Insulation And Anti-Sound. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Technical Documentation, Including: Bill Of Quantities, Technical And Executive Design And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes To Swz.4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Practice, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Manner Ensuring Future Failure-Free And Economical Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With With Its Planned Purpose, Ensuring Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Decisions, Permits, Within The Lump Sum Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Will Occur During The Period Warranty And Guarantee Provided By The Contractor.
