The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In: 1) Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, And Obtaining The Required Decisions, Arrangements And Permits Related To The Construction Of A Sports Hall At Primary School No. 1 In Tuchola, Along With Obtaining An Appropriate Document From The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority Authorizing The Investment Implementation – In Accordance With The Construction Law; 2) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Investment Carried Out On The Basis Of The Documentation Referred To In Point 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sports Hall With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Functionally Connected With The Existing Building Of The Primary School No. 1 In Tuchola. The Facility Will Be Located On The Property No. 677/2 And 676, Registration Area Tuchola City. The Sports Hall Building Is To Be Designed In Accordance With The Premises Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225). , As Amended). All Internal And External Installations Should Be Designed To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility (Including, Among Others, Water And Sewage, Central Heating From The Existing Node, Mechanical Ventilation With Recovery And The Use Of A Ground Heat Exchanger, Electrical, Lightning Protection, Fire Protection, Surveillance, Photovoltaic And Lan, Sap, Cctv). It Is Possible To Expand Existing Networks After Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements With The Administrators Of Individual Networks. The Scope Of Work Includes The Development Of Multi-Sector Design Documentation Including The Construction Of A Sports Hall At Primary School No. 1 In Tuchola And The Reconstruction Of Some Rooms In The School, To The Extent Indicated Below - Necessary To Be Performed Due To For The Expansion Of The Building In Question, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision In The Case In Question.
