The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose.3.3.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of Used Or Reactivated Equipment.3.3.3. The Equipment Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party With Warranty Documents, An Operating Manual In Polish And Documentation Necessary To Register The Transport Trailer And Register The Boat.3.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Suwałki Commune Office, Ul. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 24-Month Warranty On The Delivered Equipment. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Final, Fault-Free Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.3.3.8.
