The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of An Order For The Task Titled: Development Of The General Plan Of The Ujazd Commune Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) Along With The Necessary Planning Documentation. 2. The Scope Of The Development Of The General Plan Is Specified In Resolution No. Ix/69/24 Of The Ujazd City Council Of November 27, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Ujazd Commune. 3. The General Plan Should Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758),3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Designating The Development Complement Area In The General Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729),4) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of October 26, 2020 On Spatial Data Sets And Metadata In In The Field Of Spatial Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1916),5) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of September 9, 2002 On Ecophysiographic Studies (Journal Of Laws Of 2002, No. 155, Item 1298),6) Act Of October 3, 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Protection Environment And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112),7) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads And Other Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Order.2. In The Event Of Changes To The Regulations Governing The Subject Matter Of The Order During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Adapt The Plan To These Changes.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Substantive Stages Specified By The Ordering Party In The Substantive Schedule Of Design Works Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer The Proprietary Rights To The Ordering Party, Including Derivative Rights To The Prepared Documentation Of The General Plan. Detailed Provisions In This Respect Are Included In The Contract Template.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design The General Plan Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, If They Apply To The Subject Of The Order.
